Bobby takes place at the Ambassador Hotel on June 5th, 1968, the day before Robert Kennedy was shot and killed. Macy, Sharon Stone, Anthony Hopkins, Lindsay Lohan and many others, the film is a daring, ambitious project that will almost certainly find support from those who see and connect the parallels between Robert Kennedy's time and our own but it is also a project so leaden with its own significance and self-importance that it never quite rises above its message to become a real movie.
